I have son around 2 and half. He does not communicate but he speaks alphabets, numbers, colors and shape names which he learnt by ipad. he loves to use ipad. he knows many things to operate by him self. loves puzzles but not very complicated loves some games.
Mostly when he needs something he bring us to that and point that out. he does not respond to his name and does not look into the eyes also does not follow the instructions. He loves to go out all the times specially play ground. He loves to be in people but doesn't know how to play or deal with them. Here in UAE therapies are very expensive.

Kindly help me if there is way we can help him to teach behaviors and to communicate to the outer worlds.

The UAE? My goodness I worked in Al Ain from 1989 to 1991. But I digress. I would recommend that you raise this question and other questions in the Parents forum on this website since the General Autism Forum is mostly made up of adults with some form of ASD -

Truthfully, many 2 1/2 year old kids don't play particularly well with others. It's actually considered "normal" for kids of that age to like human company, but to not be able to cooperatively play with anybody.

If he still doesn't want to play with kids by age 3, then I might get a little concerned.

Who knows? Maybe you have a genius on your hands!

Google "Floor Time Therapy".

It may be something that could be good for your son.

Take care. :D
