I am female, 34 and it is becoming apparent to me I have either ADD or Aspergers- I am not sure which. When I was al school I was continually tested for learning disabilities but the answer was always learning disabilities (non-identifiable). This was in the eighties and ninties)

I have bipolar type 1 with psychotic episodes. It's under control now. For a long time I assumed my quirks were part of bipolar but they are not.

I have the following attributes
*low executive fuctions (can't drive, can't multitask, very uncoordinated, can't drive)

*Some communication difficulties. I am very outgoing but prefer one on one conversations, blunt and often lack ability to sensor self, bullied at school (had trouble with peers), can be hypersensitive, I have trouble knowing my fiancé's feelings unless he tells me (I ask a lot and it s**ts him), I am very good at sensing my families emotions and great with expressive people or when people or events are verbalised, I find it hard to read body language unless I am face on to a person).

I don't want an official diagnosis at the moment (my fertility issues are too big a concern right now), but I would love some coping strategies. I am not as worried about my communication issues as I am my executive functions (I am sick of losing things etc...)

Thank you for any advice
