Aww, that was so cute! :) I added it to my "Liked" videos. I like Bonnie Hunt - she was the voice of Sally in "Cars." I also kind of laughed when Elmo said, "Oh stop it, you idiots!" at 1:13.... I never thought I'd hear Elmo say that.

I am glad you liked that. I sent that to my mom and husband! I actually think Elmo said, "Stop it Audience" I don't think he said "idiots"
:D

I'm not sure, I definitely heard "you idiots" too! Pretty cute though :) I love Abby Cadabby.

I love her too! She's really grown on me, even though I didn't really pay much attention to her until she was in that Sesame Street episode about divorce. I got a tiny doll of her not long ago. :)

That's the episode that made me love her too! :D I know how she felt; I wish I'd had someone like Gordon to help me with my parents' divorce.

I think it would be out of character for Elmo to call people idiots. I don't think he is even allowed to say something like that. I will have to watch it again to see if I can hear it more clearly.

Yeah, that's what I thought too, which is why it took me completely by surprise....one would think Kevin Clash (Elmo's "Muppetteer") would come under fire from parents of young kids for something like that. But yeah, it's totally out of character for Elmo.

LIke you when I first saw the video, I would have never expected Elmo to say something like that. So the word "idiots" did not register in my brain and my brain came up with a suitable alternative. I actually do that fairly often if a word does not register because it seems out of place to me. And my heart was so tickled by this sweet little girl that I was paying more attention to her so his last word was kind of fleeting. But when I watched and listened focusing on him rather than her it was very clear. But it was so funny and it's not really a bad word so I guess the parents did not mind. That video is absolutely priceless.
