We need more info. How much time are you spending now, where are you online, what sites and what is your occupation?

I try to focus on moderating the things that are the hardest to pull away from, like forums or games. If I'm not compulsively digging around or pressing buttons then it's easier to transition to doing something offline. So, I have a lot of news sites, a couple blogs, and a language-learning website that I tinker around on.

Maybe a time limit. Like one hour a day, split between your favorite sites. Like get a calandar and write on Monday you will go to one forum, on tuesday youll another forum, and like that.

I need to do this myself.
