i don't really like the sound of the letter b, it's cheesy and intrusive. the sound of v is a nice alternative. i have an aversion to long consonant clusters at the ends of a word that all make different sounds, but if say, a word starts with 4 consonant letters and 2 letters each represent one sound then it's fine.
words ending in a vowel-m are nice but they seem rather moist. they're pretty common in Hebrew, a language i like.
"th", as in "thick" is the devils whisper.
