I've came across a few people on here who take supplements, and was curious if there might be any trends in supplements taken by people with Autism, perhaps that help with things like anxiety etc.
I used to take fish oil capsules and muli-vitamins although fell out of the habit when my cashflow was having problems. Yesterday decided to try taking vitamin B supplements as I've been having fatigue problems and also got some vitamin C to help my immune system for the winter (mentioned this in another thread, I know).
So, what supplements are popular on here and for what reasons?
